Set up is included in hire price.
We do not collect out of working hours (7am - 5pm) if this is necessary charges may apply.
Delivery to any venue must be accessible for a 3.5 tonne long wheel base box van and with in a reasonable walking distance.
Area must be clear and ready for the dance floor to be laid.
If the Dance floor is going in a marquee, the marquee must be accessible by a 3.5 tonne long wheel base box vans, and within reasonable walking distance.
Any marquee or Tipi must have a level surface and can’t be fitted on any other surface than carpet, wooden or tiled floors.
If your event is not on the ground floor we will need to be notified in advance and have access to a lift which can take a minimum 500kg in weight. It must also and have the minimum dimensions of 1.5 metre x 1 metre minimum.
Our beer table sets seat up to 8 people. Each set contains two benches and one Beer table. These are weather proof and ideal for Garden party’s, picnics, park events and much more.
